Worship with Wonders is partnering with OM to explode the discipleship culture in our church and community. The Movement has perfected the process of growing in intimacy with Jesus, building intentional relationships, and fulfilling the Great Commission through multiplication.
I heard there is a workbook, how much is it and where do I get it?
The Ordinary Movement is workbook-based. Your leader will get you set up on the OM platform and provide you the link for purchase and it will be delivered directly to you. The workbook is $20 plus tax and shipping and is required for participation in small groups.
Are there any other expenses to participate in Small Groups?
Yes, but they are nominal! All groups at church will ask for a small contribution to the snacks fund and offsite groups will have the option for food purchase. At some point in the year, you will purchase 2 other books for $8 and $12 respectively. Above everything we want you there! If you have financial obstacles, please talk with your Small Group leader.
What can I expect when I attend my Small Group?
You can expect opening and closing prayer, an ice breaker, and discussion time. Your leader is there to facilitate the conversation, not teach, so prepare to participate! Your group should have no more than 15 people and should not run longer than 120 mins.
How often do groups meet?
All groups meet every other week.
Where do groups meet, and are there virtual options?
Most meet at church. However, groups also meet in various places around the city. At this time, groups do not meet in individual homes or virtually. Our desire is for authentic relationships. Set the time aside, step out of the house, and join us in person.
What happened to Life Crews?
We're the same, just laser-focused for 2025! Instead of a variety of group topics and activities, we are answering the call for a generation to know and be in relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus. Groups will still share dynamic conversation, close bonds, prayer, and the occasion outing!
When are the larger ministries coming back?
Soon! They will be once a month and will focus on more social aspects of community. We encourage you to join a small group for a more intimate and frequent experience.
Can I meet my leader before signing up?
Absolutely! If launch has passed, email us at lifecrews@worshipwithwonders.org for a Sunday chat.
Can I switch groups?
Absolutely! If your group doesn't seem like a right fit or your schedule changes, we can connect you with a different leader. You can talk with your current leader or do so directly with Small Group leadership at lifecrews@worshipwithwonders.org.
Are Small Groups only for members of Worship with Wonders?
No, please invite your friends, family, and coworkers! After two visits, they go from guest to family, and we will ask them to register.
Is it too late to lead my own group?
Never! Fill out the interest form here and we will be in contact about spring leader training.
